PatriciaSMITHPassed away on Friday 26th January 2024 at Lincoln County Hospital, aged 74. Dearly loved wife of the late Mel, special mum, grandma and friend, she will be deeply missed and loved by many.

Funeral to be held on Thursday 22nd February 2024 at 11.50am at Lincoln Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations would be welcome to St Barnabas Hospice, a charity close to Pat's heart.
