IreneSMITHSadly passed away at home with family by her side Friday 4th November 2022 aged 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Peter. Loving mum of Lynn, Steven and Andrew. Devoted grandmother to Kerry, Matthew, Samantha, Abbigail, Katherine and the late Antony. Great grandmother to Jacob, Annie, Thomas, Reuben and Ezra. A service for Irene will be held at the Beverley Minster, Monday 21st November at 10.00am followed by committal at Queensgate Cemetery. Family flowers only please but any donations, if so desired, may be made online or left following the service to Dementia UK. Resting at - F. Stephenson & Son Beverley Tel:- 01482 881367

Thank you Nanna for the time you spent with us I remember last time you came here in Philippines you message me in facebook that you will be going on your own thats year 2016. You know we always wanting you will visit again here in the Philippines. But it's sad that will never happen. We will be miss you Nanna. You're in the better place with the one you love. We will forever keep you in our heart. May your precious soul rest in peace, until we meet again.

Nanna, I will miss our days out, I will miss out telephone check ins, I will miss our shopping trips and our visits to cafes for toasted tea cakes, I will miss our tradition baking our Christmas puddings, I will miss our theatre trips. No thank you will ever be enough for everything you have done for us. We will miss you forever, Jacob and Annie’s Nanna Miffie and our Nanna. Sleep peacefully with Grandad and Tilly, all our love Kerry, Nick, Jacob and Annie xXx
