WalterSMITHSMITH - WALTER (Wal), Friday October 18, 2019. Of Wallasey. (Formerly of Wavertree, Liverpool). Passed away aged 74 at his home. ''The life of a person is measured not with the years, but with the footprints that he leaves in all our lives, thoughts and hearts." Devoted husband of Lesley, doting dad to Sarah and Gareth, loving father-in-law to Jason and Nicole, proud pops of Joseph and Joshua, protective brother of Graeme, Dot and Marie and a gentleman and friend to many. Wal will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Wal's celebration of his life will be held at Landican Crematorium (south chapel) on Friday, 15th November at 12.30pm. Flowers or donations to Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in memory of Wal to be sent via John W Griffith & Son Funeral Directors, Mill Lane, Wallasey.
