Paul FrederickSMITHPassed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on 12th February 2019 aged 59 years. Devoted husband to Jenny. Much loved dad to Dan and Mick. Adored son to Sheila and Fred, brother to Caroline and Wendy. A dear son in law, brother in law, father in law, uncle and friend to many. Paul will be fondly remembered by all that knew him. The funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel on Friday 1st March at 2pm. Family flowers only please, however donations in lieu for the Combined Day Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital can be given at the service.
