DotSMITHSmith (Dot). Passed away suddenly at home on July 2nd 2001, aged 72 years. Dearly loved mother of Janet, David, Roy and Karen, mother-in-law of Rod, Barbara, Angela and Mike, beloved gran of John, Graham and Helen and nannie of Samantha, Natalie and Jack. Funeral service at All Saint's Church, Ockbrook on Thursday July 12th at 11am, followed by cremation at Markeaton Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
