Hannah LouiseSIMMONDSPassed away suddenly & unexpectedly on 12th January 2020, aged 26. Deeply loved daughter of Matt & Sharon, sister to Sam & Georgia. Will always be in the hearts of those who were close to her and never forgotten by those who knew her. Funeral Service Thursday 30th January, Exeter Crematorium, 1.30pm, St Peters Chapel. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for ICU RD&E NHS Trust by retiring collection or c/o M. Sillifant & Sons. 19-20 Holloway Street, Exeter. EX2 4JD
