After explaining to my wife what a wonderful head teacher you were and how caring and kind you were to all of us, I wanted to write this message say thank you for always believing in me and caring so much through all the difficulties you knew about. Rest peacefully Mr Sidley, keep my dad in check up there! X

I have just found your page after explaining to my partner that you were my amazing Headteacher and that you and the other teachers at Meir Heath Primary are who made me who I am today . Thankyou for being an amazing human being that taught me the right life lessons that I can pass on to my children.
