MichaelSHAWGillian, Tim, Jonathan, Yvonne and family wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours and Michael's work colleagues for all their kind messages of support, letters, cards and beautiful flowers received in their sad and sudden loss of Michael. The presence of so many at the crematorium was a great support to us all and much appreciated, as are the generous donations given for the British Heart Foundation. Our grateful thanks are extended to the paramedics for all their support and attention, to Dianne Hughes for her visit and kind words, and grateful thanks to Gwen, Andrew, Fiona and Brian at Radcliffe Funeral Service for all their help and kindness with the funeral arrangements.
