Patricia AnnSHANNON"Pat" Passed away peacefully on February 28th 2016 at Heartlands Hospital aged 71 years. Now reunited with her beloved husband Joe. Will be sadly missed by her children Danny and his wife Sally, Debbie and her partner Scott, Dessie and his wife Tracy and also by her grandchildren Jake, Joe, Kiara and Daisy. Funeral service to take place at Perry Barr Crematorium on Friday 18th March 2016 at 12.00 noon. Flowers or donations for P.D.S.A. will be most welcome.
