HughSAUNDERSSurrounded by his loving family, Hugh sadly passed away at Morriston Hospital on the evening of Wednesday 16th April, 2025 at 76 years young.
Born in Skewen, Hugh lived in Cimla for over 25 years before settling in Melin.
Hugh was loved by his children Alun, Sioned, Rhys & Sara, by their mother Bethan, by his treasured grandchildren Dylan, Cameron, Cali, Rosie, Lia & Lyra as well as by his sons and daughters-in-law, Kris, Pete, Amy and Scott.
Hugh was deeply involved with the community leading the 14th Neath (Cimla) Cubs and Scouts as Bagheera and coaching Cimla Youth Football Teams.
A gentleman who loved joking and bringing joy until the very end, we will be celebrating Hugh's life and dad jokes at Margam Crematorium on Thursday May 15th at 12 Noon.

Please feel free to dress as formally or casually as is comfortable - football scarves will also be welcomed with smiles.
Donations may be given in memory of Hugh to: 14th Neath Scouts for which Hugh's family would be incredibly grateful.
