SheilaRUTHERFORDSeptember 3, 1935 - April 22, 2009 (My beautiful, lovely Sheila, where do I begin, life's story of my wife, now you're not here, always gave your best like no-one else could do. Three lovely children, grandchildren and great grandchildren too. Your greatest love for everyone, so kind and caring as no-one could ever compare. Our wonderful, magic times together, can't grasp that you're not here. You suffered on so bravely, 10 years, no complaint to all of us, but still fought on through all the pain with dignity, no fuss, till one day, you just knew the end was near. The good Lord then decided your suffering was enough, although not here right now, we know you look down on us from above. Goodnight, God bless my love.) - Your loving husband Derrick. xxx. Mum (You made me proud and loving too. All these traits, they came from you. So strong, so good, so sure. Almost nothing you could not endure, and now the world shall be a lesser place without the smile upon your face, so sweet your sleep, take strength from your rest. So let us all proclaim, she was and is still the best.) - Your loving daughter Cathy. xxx. My Mum (In tears we saw you sinking, we watched you fade away, our hearts were all but broken, you tried so hard to stay, but when we saw you sleeping, so perfectly from pain, we could not wish you back to suffer that again. Softly from the shadows there came a gentle call, you closed your eyes and fell asleep and quietly left us all. Sleep tight Mum.) - Loving son Kevin. xxx. Mum (Mum, to hear your voice and see your smile, to sit and talk for a while, to be together in the same old way would be our dearest wish today.) - Your loving daughter Julie and son-in-law Chris. xxx. Nan (The years may come, the years may go, but our love you shall always know.) - Stephanie and Ian. xxx. Nan (Our love is ever growing, it cannot, will not end, even though she was our Nan, she was also our friend, so the good Lord only takes the best to walk with him in Heaven, we end this verse here now.) - Grandsons Anthony, Michael and Kevin. xxx. Nan (As long as we have memories, as long as we have tears, we will never forget you Nan, not in a million years.) - Your loving grandchildren Stephen, Jonathan, Rebecca, Gemma and Thaila-Jess. xxx. Great Nana Sheila (Great Nana Sheila, our best friend, all our heartbreaks you could mend, always lovely, always kind, and forever in our minds. Goodnight, God bless.) - Love all your Great Grandchildren. xxxxxx. St. Albans R.C. Church, Warrington, 10am Mass on May 4, 2009, followed by cremation at Walton Crematorium, Warrington.
