My Grandma was such a kind gentle soul who always had that gleaming smile on her face. Whenever I felt down Grandma gave the best hugs and her special way of ensuring you felt better was to make a pot of tea with biscuits or a slice of cake( preferably Victoria sponge). Even though I lived in another country so far away her love and our bond was very much stronger than ever. I miss you and love you so much.
Your granddaughter Samantha

My Mum Anne was a “ real Mum” in the old sense of the word. She was always cheerful, helpful, and kind .
She thought the best of people in a world that had moved on from her own gentle sense of being and will leave this legacy in our hearts forever. xxx

Anne was our near neighbour from 1974-1995. She bacame a caring, kind and loving friend and remained so since.

We have very fond mremories of her gentleness, laughter and of her piano playing at church events and meetings,

Always so self-effacing and delightful somehow.

She will never be forgotten by us.
