John PatrickRAFFERTYPassed away peacefully in hospital on Thursday 11th January. Much loved Dad of Carole, Debby and Jo, Grandad of Nadia, Sherene, Zaina, Khaled, Emily, Izzy and Joe, honorary Grandad to Chris and Matty. Great Grandad of Gabriel, Kinsey and Deven, father-in-law of Walid, Ian and Paul. You were so loved and cherished, and will never be forgotten. Celebration of life to be held at Teesside Crematorium on Tuesday 23rd January. Family and friends please meet at St Bede's Chapel at 2.00pm, on to the Dormans Club, Oxford Road after the service. Donations in lieu of flowers to vasculitis.org.uk. Please wear something colourful in memory of John.
