Jane AnnPOPPLEWELLJane passed away surrounded by family and love at Castle Hill on 25th August, after receiving fabulous care from the Oncology Team, that we will always be grateful for.
Much loved wife of Tony, wonderful Mum of Laura and Jack, Soul-Mum to Niamh. Lovely Nanna of Rose, Holly, Charlie, James, Alfie, Fraser and Ottilie. Daughter of the late Malcolm and José, sister of Clare. She will be sorely missed.
The funeral will be held at Chanterlands Avenue Large Chapel on the 18th September at 12.30pm.
