A renowned figure in the Gower community and a well - loved family man and friend to many.
Michael is survived by his beloved wife Josephine and three children Emma, William and Charlie.
In later years when he retired from his Coal export business, Michael dedicated himself to cultivating natural habitats and preserving wildlife and ecosystems from his small holding in North Gower.
Michael will be remembered for his sharp mind, shrewd sense of humour,
cheerful demeanour and deep devotion to his family.
Respecting his wishes, a private family service will be held.
