Freda ChristinePHILLIPSONPeacefully, on her 82nd birthday, at her home, with her loving and dedicated daughter Elizabeth by her side, Freda, sadly passed away. Much-loved Mum of Simon, Jon, Elizabeth, and Bob.

Gratitude to Elizabeth, who has been Freda's full-time carer, over the years, it is with Elizabeth's commitment, resilience, love and determination that allowed Freda to enjoy happy times right up to the end, despite Freda's Alzheimer's, this meant Freda could die peacefully at home with her daughter by her side.

Freda was a kind, gentle, graceful, and wonderful lady, a good friend to many and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

A service to celebrate Freda's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium, Weelsby Avenue Grimsby, DN32 OBA, on Monday 3rd February at 14:15.

Flowers are gratefully accepted by Co-op Funeralcare, 55 Abbey Road Grimsby, DN32 0HN.

I remember Mrs Phillipson as a lovely, friendly lady, when she occasionally came in to help at Edward Street school in the early 1970's. Thoughts are with her family.
