In the end
At times of passing,
remember then
The joys of spring
Of bounty's beauty
Everlasting
Sweet crystal clear
It's mountains stream
As journey onwards
The water flows,
Incessant raging
Torrent flows
The snow capped peaks
Left far behind
And in the lea
Of grasses sweet
The songs be heard
Of joyous birds
To mark the dawns
For ones below the sun
Forgotten never
Hard battles fought
And treasure most
Love, hard won.

Rest well
