Cynhelir ei hangladd am 1.00pm ar yr 28ain o Ragfyr yng Nghapel Rehoboth, Y Stryd Fawr, Prestatyn.

March 16th, 1928 - December 10th, 2023.
Peacefully and gently, Gwen passed away at Dolanog Residential Care Home, Rhyl watched over by her children and brother. Loving wife to the late Rhys Jones, special mother to Caryl and Dafydd, wonderful Nain to Elan, Miriam, Moc, Greta, Jos, Cai and Gideon, proud great- grandmother to Jim and Morris, faithful sister to Gwyn and loved teacher and friend to generations of children.
Her funeral will take place on the 28th of December at 1.00pm in Rehoboth Chapel, High Street, Prestatyn.
No flowers please but donations towards Tŷ Gobaith and Alzheimer's Society Wales would be gratefully received through
