Beloved Wife of the late Jack, greatly loved Mum of Stephen, much loved Nana of Barbara, Katherine, Richard and her Nine Great-Grandchildren. Service to be held at St. Bede's Chapel Teesside Crematorium on Friday 14th September at 4pm. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Helen can be made to Dementia UK.
