Passed away peacefully on the 19th of September 2025.

Beloved husband of Mary, cherished brother of Jean & the late Joyce, Mary, Gwyn, Colin & Patricia, devoted father of David, Stephen, Daniel, Catherine, Andrew, Ian and Ruth. Loving grandfather and great-grandfather. Our hearts are broken.

Requiem Mass will take place at Holy Family RC Church, Carter Place, Fairwater, Cardiff CF5 3NP on Wednesday 15th October 2025 at 11.00am.

No flowers, but donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Stroke Association.

Grandad Viv,

We miss you more than words can say.

Thank you for being such an important part of my life, for your love, your funny stories, your cheeky laughter, the way you loved Nanny, and the quiet strength you carried so naturally the last few years.

Even though you’re no longer here, I carry you with me every day in my memories and prayers.

I hope you’re now at peace and I hope you know how deeply you’re loved and how much you meant to all of us.

I’ll keep making you proud, Grandad.
