Denise AnnMIDDLETONPeacefully on January 12th whilst in hospital, Denise aged 61 years.

Loving daughter of the late Doreen and Gordon, dear sister of Gordon, Kevin and Gary and sadly missed by all residents and staff at Chestnut House.

A celebration of Denise's life will take place on Friday 7th February at 1.30pm in St Hilda's Chapel Teesside Crematorium.
