DorothyMEREDITHPeacefully at rest on Tuesday 11th October 2016 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Dorothy, aged 76 years of Milton, also of Swindon, beloved wife of the late John, a dearly loved mum of Denise and Karen, treasured nanna to Sara, Sean, Leah, Carly and Georgia and great-nanna to Ashton and Blake, and a dear sister to Pauline. Dorothy will be sadly missed but always remembered by all her family and friends. Funeral service and cremation to be held at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 27th October 2016 at 1.00pm. Would family and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations preferred to the Kidney Unit at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Mum those last few years of your life were filled with happiness due to your great grandsons being born Ashton and Blake and yes mum Ashton is still being a little monkey.
Also thou it was pain after a fall, dialysis 3 times a week.
Your free now mum of the pain.

I will make sure that Ashton and Blake never forget you.

Love you so much mum.
