Sadly passed away peacefully on Sunday 28th September at the Freeman Hospital after
a life well lived.
Loved wife to John, treasured mam to Dan and Catherine and a proud grandma to Josh.
Pat's presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit lives on in the memories that we hold.
Could family and friends please meet at the West Road Crematorium on
Tuesday 21st October at 2.45pm.
