FrancisMCFAULPeacefully in the Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary on Saturday 23rd December 2023. Francis McFaul went to be with the Lord surrounded by love and his family.

A much loved Husband, Father, Grandad, Brother, Uncle and Friend to so many. Francis will be sorely missed by all those who knew him.

A celebration of Francis' life will be held at Dumfries Baptist Church on Thursday 11th January 2024, at 1 pm, to which all friends are respectfully invited to attend.

During a google search this week I noticed this sad news and had it confirmed back in Coleraine. Last time I saw Francis was about 30 plus years ago in Carlisle. This is a very sad outcome for his immediate family and friends. 63 years is much too young to leave this earth for the blue up yonder. Still remembered. I have this vision of Francis teaching the angels to play guitar.
