Brenda MarionMCDONALDIt is with so much sadness that we say goodbye to our beautiful Wife, Mum, Nannie, Great Nannie, Sister and friend.

Brenda passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, just as she would have wished. It is with no surprise that Brenda faced her illness and passing with such bravery and dignity and held us close in her thoughts until the very end, just as she always has done.

Brenda will be received into Christ the King RC Church on Thursday 17th July at 6.00pm. Requiem mass on Friday 18th July at 12 noon, followed by a burial at Canley Cemetery at 1.30pm, everyone welcome to pay their respects and remember Branda with us.

Flowers welcome or if you wish to make a donation in Brenda's memory, the chosen charity is Myton Hospice, a charity very close to Brenda's heart. Caroline, along with Brenda spent many happy respite moments there during Caroline's illness and as a family we are forever grateful for their time and unwavering care. Donations can either be left in the donation box at the exit of the church or online via Funeral Notices at www.franklinfunerals.co.uk

You are "our hero", the glue that bound us together, we are never really going to be apart, we are just letting Ca have her turn until we meet again, and what a celebration there will be. We love you and will all hold you close in our hearts forever and always. Rest in peace.

To Jim, Jamie, Brenda, Eileen, Sean and Mary. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I have many fond memories of Brenda during the times I spent at the house visiting Jamie especially during the hot summer of 76 when I’m sure you thought I had moved in.
