A dearly loved Mum to Robert, and the late Susan. Mother in Law to Colleen, and a loving Granny to Georgina and Emily, and their Partners, Tom and Charlie. Great Grandmother to Finley.

A private funeral service will take place for Pat.

Family flowers only please, by request.
