Marlene AnnMALLINSONOn 14th October 2023, suddenly after a short illness, at Calderdale Hospital, Marlene Mallinson, aged 89 years.
The dearly beloved wife and best friend to Jack for 66 years. Much loved mum of Marie, Diane and Karen and mum in law of Ivan. Adored grandma of Rosie, Alice, Gavin, Lily, Jack and Arthur. Cherished great grandma to Harper, Rowan, and Ivan. A dear sister to the late James, Pauline and Marjorie. Sadly missed by her half-sister Suzanne and Family. Loving Aunty to her nephews and nieces across the globe. Forever loved and greatly missed by all her family, friends, and the many people who knew her in the Holme Valley.
Skilled mender and hairdresser. Valued helper and supporter at the schools attended by all her grandchildren. Ever there to support when needed.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at Huddersfield Crematorium on Wednesday 8th November at 1.15pm.
Family flowers only please donations in lieu would be appreciated for Parkinson UK or Holme Sunday School for which a box will be available at the service.
