JerzyMADEJOn the 21st April 2025, Jerzy (George), of Greenhead Road, Gledholt, Huddersfield, unexpectedly but peacefully passed away at Castle Hill Hospital, Cottingham, East Yorkshire, with family members by his side.
The dearly loved Husband of Izabella, devoted Father (Tato) of Ewa, Christopher, Richard and Natalia, dearest Father-in-law to Katie and Jim and proud Grandfather (Dziadzio) to Lilia, Elias, Isla, Eden and Sofie. Jerzy (George) will be greatly missed by his beloved family and all who were honoured to have know him.
Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday 14th May at 11am, at Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Church, 88 Fitzwilliam Street, Huddersfield HD1 5BB, followed by interment at Lockwood Cemetery. Coaches will be made available for a return journey to the church hall for refreshments.
Family flowers only please, donations if wished will be collected towards funding a brand new Defibrillator, which will be located outside the church Presbytery.
A donation box in lieu of flowers will be available at the entrance to the church.
Books of Condolence will also be available, both in church and the church hall.
Relatives, friends and colleagues, please accept this intimation and meet at the church.
