ArthurLOWEPassed away peacefully at Torbay Hospital on August 24th 2007. Loving dad of Rodney and Martyn, Janet and Sylvia. Former teacher at Foxhole, Shiphay and Sherwell Valley Primary Schools. The funeral service will take place on Monday, September 3rd at Torquay Crematorium at 10:30am. Family flowers only, but donations in aid of Kingscare League of Friends, Kingsteignton may be made by retiring collection or c/o Zealley Funeral Service, 17 Devon Square, Newton Abbot, TQ12 2HR.
