CarolLAMPLUGHMike, Cenetta and Mark would like to thank everyone who attended the service of celebration of Carol's life and for the floral tributes, donations and cards of condolence. All the friends who have supported and visited her throughout her long illness. To all staff at the oncology department at Castle Hill Hospital, Cottingham, Jane Brown, Macmillan Cancer Support, Zoe Lewis and to Complementary Reiki Treatment at St Andrews Hospice for their dedicated medical and nursing care. Special thanks to Tony Jewitt for the lovely way in which he carried out the service and to Tony Alexander and all of his colleagues at Alexanders Funeral Care for their sensitive and caring manner throughout.
