Mariusz was loved by all and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Service shall be held at Haltemprice Crematorium on Monday 8th September at 9.30am.
Family flowers only please by request but if so desired donations may be left at the service in Mariusz's memory for Epilepsy.
