HowarthJOHN(Jack) Passed away peacefully and surrounded by his loving Family in Fairfield Hospital on Monday 6th August 2018, Jack aged 83 Years. Devoted Husband to Margaret, dearly loved Father to Linda, Keith and the late Alan, loving Grandfather to Hayley, Dale and Mark, Great Grandfather to Olivia, Isaac, Emily, Ava and Eden and a dear Brother to Donald. Loved and missed by all. Funeral service will take place at Rochdale Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd August 2018 at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Society in lieu of flowers.
