It is I, as you always said when you called the house phone when we were kids. It is hard to imagine a world without your feisty spirit, drive for life and the want (sometimes against advice) to wander! You were always joking and making us laugh, and I cherished seeing you when i came back to Hull. You will be truly missed, love you Grandma, lots of love and fond memories, Chris xxx

Dear Kath was such a lovely lady with a wicked sense of humour. When I was assistant Matron at The Charterhouse she would tell everyone that I hit her (with a twinkle in her eye). I told her she would get me into trouble but she just laughed! She always had a cheery word and loved her family to bits. A real gem.

93 years old. At one point I thought you might just keep on going forever. My life loving, mischievous grandma who was determined to never let anything get in the way of what she wanted to do, wasn’t afraid to tell someone to “shut your face” or instigate a destructive Christmas Day tea towel fight and then deny she had anything to do with it. Miss you already x
Robert
