AlanHUNTVery peacefully on 12th April 2025, at the age of 86, Alan passed away at home, surrounded by family.

Married to the late Kay for 60 years he leaves his two daughters Elaine and Paula. Sadly, their son Christopher died suddenly in 2020. Alan was a loving, generous and funny Grandad to seven - Clare, Emma, Laura, Alice, Annie, Ben and Millie - and Great-Grandad to eight all of whom he adored. He was a great friend to many.

Alan chaired Scunthorpe Motor Cycle Club for 35 years, becoming President in more recent times. Formerly of Brian Lee Motorcycles then Laneham Finance, Alan also co-owned 'Lakeside village' opposite the Anchor Steelworks, on which Morrisons supermarket now sits.

Family and friends are invited to Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Wednesday, 30th of April 2025 at 10:40am to celebrate Alan's life and afterwards at Messingham Grange. All are welcome.

Donations in lieu of flowers please for 'Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance' and 'Lindsey Lodge Hospice' c/o
