PhilHOODPassed away tragically on Wednesday 4th September 2013 aged 40 years. Loving husband of Mel and much loved father of Reece, Cole, Kyle and Blayne, son of Carl and the late Joan, brother of Sean, Carl and the late Nicola, son-in-law of Ellie. The Funeral Service will be held at The Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Friday 13th September at 4.30pm. Family flowers only please.
