Hazel died in Hospital December 17th 2024,
aged 90 years.

Dearly loved Wife to the late George
and loved Mam to Son David.

Committal service at Whitley Bay Crematorium
on Thursday 2nd January 2025 at 10.30am
followed by service of Thanksgiving at
St Andrews Church, Benton at 11.15am.

Family flowers only please.
