Colin ReginaldHODDERColin Reginald Hodder passed away on 21 November 2021. He died peacefully at the Tunbridge Wells Hospital. Colin was the grandson of William Henry Hodder, the founder of Hodders the Builders. He was born in Tidebrook School Cottage and grew up there, with his brother Walter (deceased). Here he lived with his first wife Pauline and his children, Sally and Guy. He worked for the family firm until he retired. He later moved to Heathfield, working as an Occupational Therapist with adults with learning difficulties in Grove House, Crowborough and Tinkers Hatch. He was the Group Scout Leader for Wadhurst Scouts and Cubs during the 1970's and early 1980's. He married Janet in 1995 and they lived in Crowborough. Always unfailingly polite and charming, he will be sorely missed by his family, friends and the wider community he lived in. The funeral will be held at Tunbridge Wells Crematorium on 21st December 2021 at 11:30. Family flowers only, but donations to The Men's Shed charity can be made via Paul Bysouth Funeral Directors, 9 Croft Road, Crowborough, East Sussex, TN6 1DL
