Family and friends please meet for funeral service at Saltwell Crematorium on Friday 18th July at 1pm. All welcome afterwards to Heworth Golf Club.
Family flowers only please. Donations may be left following the service to St Bede's Hospice, a donation box will be available at the Crematorium.
