JacquelineHEATH-JONESUnexpectedly but peacefully at Royal Stoke on 11th December 2020. Jacqui aged 57 of Norton Green. Dearly devoted partner to the late Alan, daughter of John and Irene, Mother to Laura and Bethany, Grandmother of Lizzie and Louis, mother in law to Lee and Ben. "Love you forever, forgotten never" Service and Cremation at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday 4th January, 2021 at 9:00am. Due to Government restrictions and guidelines the funeral will be by invitation only. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Guide Dogs for the Blind Association and Lung Cancer Research.
