In Memoriam for Mark HAYNES

I didn't know Mark, nor do I know his family, but I came across his bench yesterday. I want you to know that message makes a difference. I've been depressed and yesterday was a particularly bad day, I want you to know that your words helped me. I'm sure they've helped others as well.

I was on my usual walk this morning. I never go by the lakes before work but today I felt drawn here. I took a seat on your bench and enjoyed the view along with the peace and tranquility. Perhaps I was meant to sit on that bench today. I’ve read your story. When I go to work today and deliver my session to 20+ people I shall do so in your honour. RIP Mark, and condolences to your family.
