MaureenHARGREAVESMaureen Hargreaves, of Brandwood Park, Bacup, died on Friday, January 7. Maureen worked at Mullards Waterfoot, Valley Supply Company and Shepherd and Markham, Bacup. She retired from Cardprint Burnley as a Print Finisher. She enjoyed gardening and yoga. Maureen was a volunteer at Rossendale Hospice for 25 years. Married to husband Peter Hargreaves for 59 years, she leaves sister Barbara and her husband John, brother Raymond and his wife Doris, sister-in-law Hilda, nieces Diane, Marsha, Ann and Hazel, and nephews Anthony, Jan and Lewis. A service of celebration and thanks giving will be held on Monday, January 24 at 2pm at Acre Mill Baptist Church, Stacksteads, followed by cremation at Burnley at 3.15pm. Family flowers only please; donations to Rossendale Hospice. Funeral director: Paul Swarbrick for Knight & Boys Funeral Service, Stacksteads.
