Anthony CliveHAMMOND("Tony") Sadly, passed away unexpectedly on the 12th April 2025 aged 80 years.
Loving husband to Anne, proud father to Ross, Juliet, James and Patrick and cherished father-in-law to Jan Sarah, proud grandad to Linus, George, Dylan, Roisin and a good friend to so many.
Funeral service will be held at St Hilary's Church, Llanrhos Friday 9th May 2025 at 11:30am followed by burial at the Lawn's Cemetery.
