Beloved Husband of Cheryl, Loving and devoted Dad of Richard and Christopher, Father in law to Emma and Kaylie. Much missed Grandfather of Harrison, Finley and Harley. Billy will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral Thursday 22nd August, where a service will take place at Swansea Crematorium at 11:30am.
