IsobelHAMILTONPeacefully on 28th May 2020 at Lindsayfield Lodge Care Home, East Kilbride, ISOBEL Sneddon (Fortune) dearly loved wife of the late Ian Hamilton, dearest mum of Isobel-Ann and her husband (the late Rev Jim Black), much loved gran of Isobel and her husband Blair and adoring great-gran of Lachlan. She was dearly loved and will be sorely missed. Isobel's family would like to sincerely thank all who have been such a support through recent times, in particular the excellent carers of Home Instead South Lanarkshire who helped us all so much and latterly the wonderful staff of Lindsayfield Lodge who looked after mum with such love and kindness in her final months. Also thanks to Rev Stewart Cutler for his comforting words and to Henry Dorricott Funeral Services, Larkhall for arrangements. Funeral service will take place with immediate family only in line with Government guidelines,
