Margaret (Madge)HAGGOPeacefully after a long illness at Ayr Hospital on 23rd August 2018 Margaret Torbitt (Madge). Beloved wife of the late Douglas Younger Haggo, much loved mum of Allan, David and Fiona, a devoted gran to Samantha, Natasha, Kayleigh and Cameron. Funeral service at Kingcase Parish Church, Prestwick, Today (Wednesday 29th August) 2018 at 1.00pm. Thereafter to old Monkton and Prestwick Cemetery arriving approx 2.00pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Dementia Prestwick.

I have a watercolour , the label says Margaret Haggo, 215 Nevells Road, Letchworth., titled red and white roses, presented to British Schools Museum for auction. I’m a trustee and bought this picture at the auction. Monies raised were used to fund this private museum. I never met Margaret but I love the painting. NHDC have a painting of Margaret by her older sister..
