John & AudreyGUYGUY John & Audrey It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of John Guy, aged 90, born on 27th January 1935, and his beloved wife, Audrey Guy, aged 89, born on 10th September 1935.

Cherished members of the community, they were loving Mum and Dad to Simon, Helen, and Nigel, and devoted Nanny and Grandad to Sophie, Adam, Jodie, William, and Joshua, and Great-Grandparents to Mya. They will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved them.

A joint funeral service to celebrate their lives will be held on Friday 25th April at 1:00pm at South Leicestershire Crematorium, Countesthorpe, LE8 5QP.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to MIND, the mental health charity. Care of Richard Ward Funeral Services.

Their kindness, warmth, and enduring love will be forever remembered.

John and I were colleagues at British Gas in the final years of the changes to the organisation in the 1990's. He was a real pleasure to be with and had funny and wicked sense of humour which was essential in that period. Every time I think of him I have to smile. R.I.P. John
