Passed away peacefully at home on Monday 21st July 2025 aged 92 years.

Dorothy, devoted wife to the late Arthur, loving mam to Judith and mother in law to Jimmy, treasured grandma to Victoria, Cassandra, Scott and Damien, beloved great grandma to Jason, Jaxon and Ethan.

Would family and friends please meet for a celebration of Dorothy's life at West Road Crematorium on Tuesday 5th August at 2:15pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired can be made to the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation. A box will be available at the service.

We are all so sorry for your loss. Dorothy was a wonderful lady who really welcomed us in the area when we moved in and often came over when she saw us in the garden for a chat. Our kids thought she was lovely as she always took the time to speak with them. We will miss her. The Daun's (from over the road at Patterdale). X
