Funeral service to take place in the Chapel of St. Bede, Teesside Crematorium on Friday 17th November at 2.30pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to The Allerton Ward of Friarage Hospital and Macmillan Nurses. Friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel. With tearful eyes we watched you and then you passed away, although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. We will always love you, always remember you and will never forget you x
