I was very sad to hear of Ian’s passing, it’s hard to believe, I’d like to give my condolences to his wife, family and friends.

I’ve know Ian for a long time, we were friendly without being the best of friends. I first met Ian when he worked at Durham Land Rover and then later on when he was working at Newcastle’s Land Rover dealership at the old glass works.

Ian Gordon was an absolutely lovely bloke and we would alway have a good natter when we’d meet at the Victoria Public House. He’d offer to buy me a pint or vice versa, then proceed gossip about all and sundry, he was a smashing lad and I’ll miss those rich conversations.

I can honestly say it’s been an absolute pleasure knowing Ian Gordon, rip Ian.
