Raymond JohnGAMBLEFormer long term employee at Rolls-Royce, passed away peacefully, at his home, on Monday 6th November 2023 aged 78 years. Beloved, brother of Joni and sadly missed by cousins Janet, Alan and Hayley and goddaughter Louise. Raymond was an avid chess player, six times Derbyshire chess champion. He will be missed and mourned in the world of chess. Funeral service at Saint Nicholas' Church. Allestree, on Thursday 7th December at 1pm. Followed by a private burial at Nottingham Road Cemetery.
